How do you fancy “Dead Food”! By that, we mean food that has lost most of its vitamins and nutrients and its Enzymes and its “Life Energy” by being heated to over 118 degrees farenheit. On the other hand, Raw Eating – “Living Foods” protects all of them. Which, is really important!

Let’s Look Firstly at The Role Enzymes Play!

There are three types of enzymes – some are for digesting food, some are used by all your bodies organs for metabolic reasons, lastly the enzymes in your food. It is so important they are constantly replenished. There is a popular analogy in that you should think of your enzymes as being like a bank account! You are only born with so many and if you constantly make withdrawals by using energy up by your day to day living and eating of foods that are cooked or refined and altered from their whole, natural state you will run out. This means ageing, constant lack of energy, disease and ultimately death. You probably can recognise how much using up vast quantities of digestive enzymes, when you eat a heavy cooked meal, makes you feel really tired soon after. You need to constantly make deposits to keep your enzyme bank balance healthy! And the best source of food enzymes are raw foods, unaltered foods that are complete and have all their goodness intact, vegetable juices and sprouted seeds and nuts. When your food provides these enzymes the digestive enzymes are not used as much for digestion and can act instead as metabolic enzymes. These can go on helping your body to fight disease. This conserves your balance.
Incidentally conserving these digestive enzymes is the basis of the growing movement of Calorie Restricting as it has been shown that eating less relieves your digestive processes of so much work and encourages a longer and healthier life.

Secondly, Lets Take a Look at How Raw Eating Protects “Life Energy”.

Your body has a natural energy that emanates from its cells – Its “Life Energy”. Micro Electricity is how your all your bodies organs work using vibrational energy. If your body has to continually use all its own energy and doesn’t replenish sufficiently, your body begins to age and wear down. When your body doesn’t work efficiently, more toxic waste is produced, which you then struggle more and more to get rid of. If you eat only processed, refined or cooked foods you are using up far more energy than these foods are providing.
It doesn’t have to be this way! Raw Living Food, in particular green vegetables and green vegetable and wheatgrass juices, sprouted seeds and nuts have a really high vibrational energy which in turn will make you feel so much more full of life.

So, it can be seen that there really is a great deal we can do to make ourselves so much more lively and energetic. We definately don’t need to be so lethargic and lacking energy and so prone to catching illnesses. By keeping on eating the typical Western diet we get what we deserve really – our choice!

It can be so bewildering going over to a completely new way of eating though – one that will make you feel so much more alive. Where do we begin? What happens when we go out? What if all our friends and family eat loads of dairy and love meat barbecues etc? An idea is to use a Raw Food Plan for three months where you just simply follow what has already been researched to work and contains all you need for great nutrition and advice on possible pitfalls. It can be so easy to give up too soon! It is thought that it takes around three months for a new practice to become a habit and natural to us. So, just think! By that time you won’t need any more persuading, as you will be convinced and feel better and have more energy than you ever believed possible!
